Join our 4 week free Fit Camp Challenge at our venue near to Speke Hall. Registrations for our next challenge, starting 20th July, are now open after the huge sucess of our first Fit Camp Challenge.
Our 4 week free fit camp includes:
- 7 group activity sessions a week at various times
- free body compositional analysis looking at body fat, metabolic age, muscle mass, hydration levels and more
- simple nutritional education
- individual guidance for everybody
- we celebrate our success
The Free Fit Camp Challenge is a results driven programme to help you achieve maximum results over the four weeks. It is suitable for anyone regardless of fitness levels and everyone is welcome in a fun and friendly environment.
There is an information meeting for people wanting to start on the programme on Sunday 20th July including body compositional analysis followed by a fitness test on the Monday.
